At Ventura Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
